Heads-up sent to youMaria booked a call for 11:00 AM. It's on your calendar.
Who it's for
Local businesses that run on calls and inquiries, whether the person reaching out is a homeowner or another business. Plumbers, HVAC companies, remodelers, cleaning companies, property managers, and contractors who bid commercial jobs all over San Diego County. If a slow answer can cost you the job, this is for you.
I put in a work order on my apartment recently. They called me back fast, but said it'd be two weeks before anyone could fix it, since maintenance was busy getting another unit ready for new tenants. I was left thinking, okay, what about me? I already pay. That's how your customers feel when a call goes to voicemail or a form sits for two days.

How it works
-
A lead reaches out
They call, text, or fill out the form on your website.
-
They hear back in seconds
A quick, personal reply by text or email answers what they asked. If they write in Spanish, the reply is in Spanish.
-
You hear about the ready ones
It follows up until they book a time that's open on your calendar, and you get a heads-up with their details.
Who you'll work with
I'm Josue Mercado, a Marine Corps veteran based in El Cajon, and I work with businesses all over San Diego County. You get personal attention from me. When I ran my unit's armory, I delegated, but I made sure everything was up to par at all times. I run this the same way.
I'm not going to sell you garbage. Your system keeps getting better, and the upgrades happen in the background without getting in your way. And I speak Spanish, so I check that the Spanish replies are solid.
Q&A
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, then a monthly fee to keep it running. The price depends on what your business needs, and you'll know it before anything starts.
Do I need a new phone number?
No, you keep your business number. The texts come from a local number set up just for your business, and I take care of setting it up.
Will the texts sound like a robot?
No. AI writes each reply around what that customer actually asked, so it reads like a person getting back to them. It won't quote prices, promise arrival times, or make things up, and you decide what it can and can't say.
What if a customer writes in Spanish?
They get replies in Spanish. I speak Spanish, so I check that those replies are solid.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. There's nothing to log into. When someone's ready, you get a heads-up with their name, number, and what they need.
What if I'm busy when they want a call?
They can only book times that are open on your calendar, so your jobs, meetings, lunch, and closing time stay off-limits. Nobody gets promised a call you can't make.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few weeks. Phone carriers require a registration before any business can send automated texts, and approval can take a while. I handle the paperwork, and email replies can start sooner.
Will it text my customers late at night?
Only to answer someone who texted you first. Everything else goes out between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. their time. If someone fills out your form late, they get an email right away and the text waits until morning.
What happens if someone texts STOP?
They're unsubscribed right away and won't get another text unless they text START. The system only texts people who reached out to your business first.
What happens to my customers' information?
It's only used to answer and follow up with them. It's never sold or shared for marketing.
Can you help with more than leads?
Yes. Once your follow-up is running, I can look for other spots where your business loses time or money and automate those too.
